TriNerds Get Nerdy With Our FORM Goggles Review
In the TriNerds FORM goggles review, we take a look at the specs, battery and overall function. Our coach Nick Patenaude gives a closer athletic and coaching review on his site TriNick.ca for a deeper analysis.
It's about time that smart gear entered the swimming arena beside the basic smartwatch features. What FORM goggles bring to the table is functionality to training. They do this by giving users realtime data feedback such as heart rate, stroke, distance and more. This tech revolutionizes training completely as it gives the athlete real-time visual feedback. This makes it possible for athletes to make instant corrections or adjustments during training. Unlike common smartwatch features where you have to be at a full stop to obtain any information.
FORM Goggle technology is already transforming swim coaching. It achieves this by creating new avenues to where data can be applied. We will start with the specs below and what is offered in the goggles.

FORM Goggles Review: Benefits
We can't complain or see a lack of benefits using FORM Goggles. We only see this technology expanding and adding a new level to training and competition.
We see from training data that our athletes provided that using FORM Goggles increases average lap and overall speed. We are also seeing athletes introduce intervals based on heart rate.
FORM Goggles Review: Technology
We haven't seen flaws in the technology as of yet but we plan to review these goggles again in the next six months. We often see bugs after a new product launch such as connectivity issues and false readings. Complaints about FORM have yet to arise in forums and social media. If we see any issues arise we will let you know. Our own athletes have yet to experience any issues yet but we will report them as we spend more time with them.
Other Functions
Brightness can easily be adjusted as many pools have different lighting or you plan to swim outdoors.
Users can turn on and off metrics as they feel if they rather not pay attention to metrics while swimming.
FORM Goggles Review: Assesability
FORM Goggles have two buttons for function. There is a button on the front and back of the AR lens box.
The front button is used to turn the goggles on and off as well as select different options. The back button moves through the options available. It has been said that you will need to press firmly and may have to do with a waterproof housing and accidental button pressing.

Conclusion
FORM Goggles are the way of the future. They will set the standard for new ways we approach training. Like all new technology, we are sure to see additions and improvements as time moves on. We don't see this as an item that is here and gone tomorrow like other smart wearables. We see FORM Goggles becoming a swimming gear staple.
