Welcome to KINEO

Thayer's Greek Lexicon: ́Kineō 1) to cause to go, i.e. to move, set in motion 1a) to be moved, move: of that motion which is evident in life 1b) to move from a place, to remove 2) metaphorically 2a) to move excite 2b) a riot, disturbance 2c) to throw into commotion

An ancient Greek term, lost to us, Kineo symbolizes our ability to be moved. This is in both a physical and metaphorical sense. We can be "moved to action," "moved in action," or "moved by an action."

My goal with Kineo is to provide all 3 to you: to help you move your body to achieve your goals; to make you feel the excitement, physical sensations, and satisfaction training towards something causes; and the help you reflect and look back on what you've completed, the training accomplished, and success or failure of a goal (which is never guaranteed!).

Reflection is just as important as action, and to be moved in reflection is to take action in growing as a human being. Making the necessary changes to become the next version of yourself.

If you're not already a part of the family of athletes I work with, contact me and we'll set you up with some actionable goals and get you rolling into your next goal!
